Ordering

We accept MasterCard, VISA American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept verified checks (items shipped after check clears).

All items listed on our web site are verified and provided as authentic , one-of-a-kind items unless otherwise indicated. Prices are based on perceived market value, condition of item at time of purchase and rarity. Old World Heirlooms is not in the business of buying / selling replicas, reproductions or mass produced product.
 
All items are Old, Original, in good working condition unless other wise indicated. We strive hard to show images and details of the EXACT product you will be receiving. We will do our best to send exactly what you order. All sizes and weights shown on website are approximates and are provided as a reference to help you with your selection.

Our website is secured by the highest level Secured Socket Layer (SSL) 256 bit Extended Validation SGC encrypted communications available today. The level of security you enjoy while shopping or making a purchase on our site is more secure than handing your credit card to a department store clerk or restaurant waiter. In fact, we never see your credit card number when you use our secure shopping cart. However, if you still prefer to place your order by phone or fax, please call us at 888-694-3151 or fax us at the same number.
 
Privacy:Our services include protecting your identity. Your contact information and transaction details are completely confidential, no sharing, no exceptions. 

Shipping & Returns

Old World Heirlooms  sells individual single items or rare sets (unless otherwise indicated) and cannot be replaced if lost, broken or damaged.  
 
Shipping Time - Most orders received before 3:00 PM MST will ship within 48 hours unless you order items Express or Overnight. Rush orders are the responsibility of the customer to pay for increased shipping rates. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or Holidays.
 
We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Old World Heirlooms or other associate parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Your online orders will generate a tracking number which will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. Please refer to this number to track your order.
 
However, if you pay by verified check, your order will not ship until your check or has cleared. At that time you will be notified that your payment cleared and of the shipping information for your order.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL ITEMS AND IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING PARTY.  OLD WORLD HEIRLOOMS PACKAGES ALL PRODUCTS TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS IN THE INDUSTRY, BUT WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR UNINSURED ITEMS.
 
 
Returns:
 

No Hassel Return Policy: We accept product returns for full refund for a period 30 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions. Items that do not meet your approval for whatever reason can be returned and a full refund less shipping will be provided. NOTICE - items that are damaged or broken in any way will not be accepted for return. You, the customer will be notified (by phone, or email that YOU provided) of such issues within 24 hours of receiving in our warehouse. Freight charged during the initial order process unfortunately is non-refundable. Products are to be returned in their original cartons. Customer will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning their purchase. RMA's are easy to obtain by signing on to your customer account and completing the RMA form.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment shows signs of damage, you must immediately inform the freight carrier at the time of delivery, refuse delivery and ask that the shipment be returned to the address on your shipping label for claim processing. To insure proper handling of your claim you are required to report evidence of damage immediately to the carrier's company and their driver and Old World Heirlooms. Old World Heirlooms, LLC is not responsible for shipping damage but will make every effort to assist you in the unlikely event you have a damage claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any litigation between you the customer and Old World Heirlooms, LLC must be litigated exclusively in the Colorado state courts sitting in Douglas County, CO. By placing an order with Old World Heirlooms LLC, you agree to the litigation of all disputes in such courts, consent and submit to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of such courts and waive any defense of forum non conveniens (inconvenient forum) or other similar defense.

Colorado law (exclusive of its conflict of law principles) will govern the interpretation or enforcement of the agreement between you and Old World Heirlooms.

The prevailing party in any litigation between you and Old World Heirlooms LLC will be entitled to recover its attorneys' fees and costs (at both the trial and appellate level) from the non-prevailing party.

You and Old World Heirlooms LLC waive any right to trial by jury.

Old World Heirlooms LLC makes no express or implied warranties of merchantability.The items we sell are antiques. We have disclosed any known defects in our description of the items. However, due to the age of the items, we make no warranty as to their durability or to their suitability for everyday use.
