Circa 1700's hand crafted wood pegged storage trunk. This is an ancient style storage chest or trunk was crafted with hand hewn wood boards and wooden pegged. No way to tell the actual age but all signs point to Circa 1700's and could be earlier . Very nice long and still narrow primitive trunk, by design probably of Eastern European origin. Very few worm holes, hand French polished finish. This piece will display nicely in any decor.
