This is a matched pair of antique solid brass Conquistador riding stirrups. There are two triangular shaped holes in the bottom of each stirrup. The would make a special addition for any selective collector and could be displayed in a number of creative was: i.e. mounted on a wall of home or stable, atop mantle or other furniture pieces, and they are even heavy enough to make unique and classy book ends. This pair is an conceptional set of equestrian historical significance and rarely found.
