HHC-08-004ED-Hand Forged Wide Crescent Steel Herb and Food C

Circa 18th century large crescent shaped herb or food chopper with three maker's marks. The maker's marks look to be in the shape of a spruce tree. Well used kitchen utensil with an applied steel edge. The folds are visible on the front of the cutter also looks to have an old replacement handle. Exceptionally well preserved large kitchen, Inn or beer garden herb cutter.
