Circa 1700's very large crescent shaped herb or food chopper with three maker's marks. The maker's marks look to be in the shape of a skeleton key. Well used kitchen utensil with an applied steel edge. The folds are visible on the backside of the cutter. Exceptionally well preserved large kitchen, Inn or beer garden herb cutter.
