Circa 1830's Pewter Pedestal Coffee Pot
Part Number HPT-08-143AD
Antique English pewter coffee pot made by James Dixon & Son. The maker's markings date this piece from 1823 to 1835. It features a bulging melon rib shape, peaked scallop rim and pedestal base. The pot measures 8 3/4" to the top of the wooden finial, 11 1/2" across from spout to handle and 4 3/4" at the base. It is in very good estate condition with age-appropriate wear and a few shallow dents but nothing at all excessive. Please see enlarged photos to evaluate. This 180+ year old pewter tea pot will be a wonderful addition to a collection! Small dings and scratches commensurate. S

Shows signs of use and age - Please see pictures.

Size: 9.25" H x 11.5"W w/handle and spout x 8"D
