Circa 1820's bollar hat lidded pewter tankard or flagon with shell thumb piece. This is a very large two liter pewter flagon and weighs in at almost 5 lbs. The bottom is marked DE and the side of the flagon has a touchmark which looks to be a crown and 1/5. It is similar to HPT-08-061 which is a 1 liter flagon. Some minor scratches and normal wear. Extremely large pewter tankard or flagon that would display wonderfully in any primitive pewter display. Size: 10" H x 5" W x 9" D including handle
