Circa 1800's Forged Double Bladed Crescent Steel Herb and Food Chopper
Part Number HHC-08-006H
Circa 1800's crescent shaped herb or twin blade food chopper with maker's marks PL Schmidt, #225 and a food chopper and compass and square stamped in the blade.    Well preserved forged kitchen utensil. Nice turned handles and well preserved large double bladed kitchen or herb cutter. Shows signs of use and age - Please see pictures.
