Circa 1800's crescent shaped herb or twin blade food chopper with maker's marks PL Schmidt, #225 and a food chopper and compass and square stamped in the blade. Well preserved forged kitchen utensil. Nice turned handles and well preserved large double bladed kitchen or herb cutter.
