Antique HB Henriot Quimper France Bowl tray in good original condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. This bowl tray has a clear glazing over the colorful hand painted design of a person in the woods with a walking stick on the inside bottom of the bowl. The bottom is marked "HB Quimper France" and a few other works that are hard to read.
Founded in Quimper in 1690, the HB-Henriot Quimper Faience is one of the oldest companies in continuous business in France. Starting with raw clay, the company creates some of the most beautiful pieces of faience in the world. Every piece is still hand-painted (freehand, no transfers or decals).
